ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION
Protecting and preserving our environment, as well as using available resources responsibly, are of utmost importance to us. For nearly 60 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality, customized clear packaging in square, round, and oval shapes for the branded goods industry. Our customers' satisfaction is the foundation for long-term, collaborative partnerships. Out of our own sense of responsibility and in the best interests of our renowned clients, we have long been working with our partners and film suppliers to promote environmental and sustainability principles in our use of fossil resources.
In addition to our efforts to use bio-based films even more in the future and to constantly demand the improvement and optimization of these films from our suppliers, we have been working in a resource-conserving manner for decades!
In our own production process, any film remnants are collected, sorted by type, and sold to appropriate recycling companies for reuse. Our partners then process these recyclables into granules, which are in turn delivered to film manufacturers and thus returned to the cycle.
Building on our internal economic cycle, we are increasingly focusing on the use of films with the highest possible recycled content. This means we consciously avoid films made entirely from so-called "virgin" granules. The films we use therefore contain up to 40% recycled material. In some cases, this percentage can even reach 80%! Technological advancements and close collaboration with our partners make the production and processing – printing, die-cutting, bonding, welding – of these highly transparent films straightforward.
